As our new Talent/HR Specialist you will be energetic, passionate, resourceful and nimble in your ability to attract and source talent for our various creative departments. You’ll also have the opportunity to gain true HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, growing company.

You’ll be responsible for helping us find the best and brightest minds in the business to grow our Amsterdam office. Your focus is on attracting top talent consistent with Jam3’s brand, business strategy, and culture. You will support some HR functions with day-to-day administration, working with the HR & Talent Manager to roll out larger initiatives for our teams in Amsterdam. You will be the ultimate Jambassador, using your infectious positivity to get people to join Jam3, sometimes “virtually” crossing oceans to do so!

The Real Opportunity!

  • +You will bring at least 3 years of your talent acquisition prowess within the Digital + Design Agency environment

  • +Manage full recruitment cycle from working with hiring managers creating candidate profiles to onboarding successful hires, you will regularly be juggling 5 to 10 open hires at once, all at various stages in the recruitment cycle

  • +Cultivate a talent pool through candidate sourcing initiatives to provide hiring managers with top candidates to review

  • +Conduct pre-screen interviews as required to identify qualified candidates that are not only a fit for the role but a culture fit with our values

  • +Schedule interviews for hiring managers and other interview stakeholders ensuring interview best practices are followed

  • +When we find the perfect candidate, you’ll be responsible for seeing it through by checking references, drafting offers and confirming acceptance

  • +Contribute to our freelance roster growth by sharing talent

  • +Partner with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager to identify areas of improvement within the HR and Talent functions and implement changes to make improvements

  • +Be the key point of contact for benefits administration and employee questions around benefits in Amsterdam

  • +Support HR admin work including: drafting employment letters, travel letters, and filing as needed for Amsterdam
