Campaign Strategist’s Mission

As our new Intermediate Strategist you will lead the development of business, brand and audience insights, and use these to plan and define relevant, impactful campaigns and experiences.
You will be responsible for consumer, competitive and trend research; designing and hosting workshops; planning and architecting product and brand campaigns; and drafting compelling deck narratives among other activities. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, and your unique opportunity is to lead communications strategy for a pillar client of Jam3 EMEA and a leader in the sports and fashion lifestyle space.

The Real Opportunity
You will be responsible for planning and designing the communications and campaign strategy for a pillar client of Jam3 EMEA, positioned in the sports and fashion lifestyle space.
You will draw upon your previous experience planning, designing and executing digital, integrated and creative campaign and communications strategies for global brands.
You will conduct and analyze consumer, brand, landscape and competitor research, synthesizing and distilling insights into a compelling narrative.
You will map out opportunity spaces, and inform creative direction with defined consumer mindsets, experience principles and themes from research.
You will skillfully craft brand story and campaign narratives and turn these into structured messaging frameworks that guide campaign asset creation and execution.
You will maintain and build expertise in key integrated communication channels, including social, web 3.0, app and emerging digital platforms. You will input references and best practices into campaign and communication strategies.
You will architect logical and impactful campaign ecosystems and map high-level campaign consumer journeys to demonstrate campaign effectiveness to clients.
You will design and facilitate workshops that engage, excite and inspire both internal and external teams.
You will effectively translate client goals and objectives into actionable insights informing measurable programs and strategies.
You will craft creative and content briefs and remain open to their evolution with input from client and internal stakeholders.
You will conduct audits of clients’ existing digital marketing efforts, developing strategies, PoVs and tactics for optimization.
You will support the development of analytics reports, including defining KPI frameworks, analysis and recommendations across all relevant channels for defined programs.
You will proactively maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in digital technologies and trends; sharing your insights with the team, to add to the collective knowledge.
You will be self motivated and effectively prioritize your workload and responsibilities.
As an intermediate practitioner, you will contribute towards the continuous improvement of guidelines and best practices for Strategy at Jam3.
