Hi. We’re Jam3, a design and experience agency. We help modern brands launch their products and design new customer experiences in digital, and beyond.

Our team brings folks together from around the world. We have Strategy, Creative, Experience Design and Production all under one roof (four roofs, actually). This amazing fusion of talents lets us make things we could never make alone.

As our new Senior Strategist, you’ll utilize your skills in brand, marketing and/or experience strategy to help inform the design of innovative campaigns and events; digital products and services; AR and VR experiences; interactive narratives; and more.

You’ll be responsible for keeping up to date on cultural trends; leading research initiatives; generating insights; defining key opportunity areas; and collaborating with creative and user experience designers to develop solutions that push the creative and tech boundaries for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting,  be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus,  Netflix, or Diageo.

The Real Opportunity

  • +Lead research initiatives to understand and generate audience, brand and market insights. Common methodologies may include: In-depth interviews, stakeholder workshops, audience surveys, ethnographic observation, and landscape reviews

  • +Define key opportunity areas to design around and focus project teams through clear, concise and insightful creative briefs

  • +Continuously advocate for brands and audiences throughout the design process to ensure maximum benefit to both parties. Ideate in partnership with creatives to design innovative, relevant and purposeful experiences

  • +Define marketing plans to effectively engage audiences through relevant channels and touchpoints

  • +Be a client partner! Maintain and manage positive client relationships and help identify opportunities to help them grow and better engage audiences

  • +Show off your presentation skills while pitching and delivering project work

  • +Work with other members of the strategy team to communicate the value of research and strategy across the wider organization

  • +Motivate, inspire and help grow the skills of other strategists and team members who report into you

  • +Work with the Head of Strategy to continue to define, grow and establish our unique practice

  • +Satisfy your deep interest in culture by leading an internal team to track and monitor relevant trends

  • +Work with business development partners and Executive Producers to evaluate potential opportunities and scope engagements
