Senior Strategist’s Mission:

As our new Senior Strategist, you will be responsible for researching, defining, defending and leading the function behind the form. You will lead consumer, competitive and trend research; host workshops; reimagine brand positionings; and draft compelling deck narratives among other activities.

The Real Opportunity!
You will map out fruitful opportunity spaces, asking the right critical questions through research and client conversations
You will conduct and analyze extensive research, synthesizing and distilling insights into a compelling narrative
You will skillfully craft brand stories and help evolve our clients’ legacy brands to the current moment
You will design and facilitate workshops that engage, excite and inspire both internal and external teams
You will effectively translate client goals and objectives into actionable insights informing measurable programs and strategies
You will craft creative briefs and remain open to their evolution with input from client and internal stakeholders
You will enthusiastically participate in ideation sessions within cross-functional teams
You will conduct audits of clients’ existing digital marketing efforts, developing strategies, PoVs and tactics for optimization
You will support the development of analytics reports, including analysis and recommendations across all relevant channels for defined programs
You will proactively maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in digital technologies and trends; sharing your insights with the team, to add to the collective knowledge
You will be self motivated and effectively prioritize your workload and responsibilities
You’ll contribute to, and at times lead, initiatives towards the continuous improvement of guidelines and best practices for Strategy at Jam3
You will motivate, inspire, and help grow the skills of team members you work with (where appropriate)
