As our new Sr. Creative Talent Specialist you will be energetic, passionate, resourceful and nimble in your ability to attract and source talent for our various creative departments.
You’ll be responsible for helping us find the best and brightest minds in the business to grow our 4 offices located in Toronto, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Montevideo. Your focus is on attracting top talent consistent with Jam3’s brand, business strategy, and culture. You will be the ultimate Jambassador, using your infectious positivity to get people to join Jam3, sometimes “virtually” crossing oceans to do so!

The Real Opportunity!
You will bring at least 6 years of your talent acquisition prowess within the Digital + Design Agency environment, focused on your super power to attract Creative minds! International experience will help you to hit the ground running.
You will manage full recruitment cycle from working with hiring managers creating candidate profiles to onboarding successful hires, you will regularly be juggling 10 to 15 open hires at once, all at various stages in the recruitment cycle
Cultivate a talent pool through candidate sourcing initiatives to provide hiring managers with top candidates to review
Research/make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
Proactively seek out passive candidates, something that you’re driven by
Contribute to our freelance roster growth by sharing talent
Excellent judgement in time management and determining priorities, with little direction
You’re a go-getter, self-starter and networker. Networking is truly natural to you.
Your knowledge of the top players and relevant companies in different markets allows you to easily connect the right candidates with us
Consultative approach to recruiting, offering scalable solutions, with proven success in hiring right.
Guide hiring managers on best practices, how to elevate the candidate experience and help our teams by making a preselection of candidates that best match the position needs.
Strong communication skills, with excellent writing ability.
A proven relational approach that fosters long term candidate relationships.
Savvy negotiator. Leaned on by Hiring Managers for skills in negotiating for the company.
