You’ll be responsible for information security company-wide and supporting our team with day-to-day IT requirements as we work with our clients worldwide (including but not limited to Adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, eBay, and Visa). The Real Opportunity!
Help create Jam3’s Information Security Program, including Security Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Management and Monitoring, Risk Reporting and Security program initiatives
Be our subject matter expert on security and help author and review compliance documents including internal policies and procedures
In collaboration with the ISO team, help Jam3 maintain it’s ISO 27001 certification participate in the management of ISMS controls
Identify, document, escalate and manage security events/incidents with strict adherence to published policy
Facilitate security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability assessment programs
When working in production on client work, report, manage and consult with our Producers and project teams concerning information security risks across both infrastructure and application environments
Proactively monitor for vulnerabilities/threats and writing technical and non-technical reports for management
Be the initial point of contact for technical problems and troubleshoot problems that staff may have with computer hardware and/or software and provide support while also investigating technical issues, recording and escalating the incident as required
Install, support and provide routine maintenance to hardware and software, including user account management for the company’s SaaS accounts
Maintain system capability by testing computer components
Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions
Maintain confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
