Resource Coordinator’s Mission:

As our new Resource Coordinator you will work in tandem with the Resource Manager, coordinating staffing plans and relaying needs between teams in a fast-paced production environment.

You are responsible for handling the day-to-day details of internal talent bookings and coordinating external talent acquisition efforts as requested. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated and able to work independently. They come equipped with an energetic, outgoing personality and are able to balance the needs of multiple parties, creating a fair and balanced solutions on the fly; for our clients worldwide (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Spotify, Ford, Coke, Fox, Disney). The Real Opportunity!
Track availability of all Jam3 staff members, maintaining details within internal scheduling software.
Be the recipient of all resource requests, managing and directing the conversations to the proper leads, highlighting recommendations and risks and keeping track of resolutions in our tools.
Lead all 1:1 resourcing meetings with Producers, making sure our staffing forecasts are always kept up to date.
Resolve issues regarding under or over allocation of staff time with production and all relevant teams.
Activate various Jam3 accounts as needed, and train new users during onboarding.
Track and file paperwork for freelance hires.
Create seating plans for main floor and 3rd floor studio as required.
Communicate to resources regarding project assignments and future planning
Take over other activities beyond day-to-day resourcing, such as:
Involvement in the We3 program in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
Resource utilization reporting review and analysis
Make recommendations and implement improvements in our resourcing process
Contribute to keeping our Freelancer Roster constantly up to date and proactively building on top of it
