As our new Production Operations Specialist,

You’ll be responsible for handling the day-to-day details of internal talent bookings and coordinating external talent acquisition efforts as requested. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated and able to work independently. They come equipped with an energetic, outgoing personality and are able to balance the needs of multiple parties, creating fair and balanced solutions on the fly; for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, Netflix, or Diageo.

The Real Opportunity!

  • +Be the recipient of all team requests, ensuring we have a brief, project description, skill set description and the information necessary to proceed with booking a team.

  • +Manage Team Request conversations, ensuring the proper leads are involved, highlighting recommendations and risks, and suggesting teams based on availability, skillset, and interest.

  • +Maintain the data integrity of our scheduling tool: project hours, start and end dates, team vacations.

  • +Daily review of projects and teams in scheduling tool to flag and come up with solutions for team members that over capacity, project conflicts, freelancer updates.

  • +Approving vacations, keeping our scheduling tool updated, and ensuring that project leads are aware.

  • +Participating in discipline lead meetings, making sure our staffing forecasts are always kept up to date.

  • +Train and learn to activate various Jam3 accounts as needed, and train new users during onboarding.

  • +Track paperwork for freelance hires.

  • +Contribute to process improvements and document processes on internal wiki, updating as needed.
