Office Manager's Mission

At Jam3 we relentlessly generate smart, creative, forward-thinking solutions in the space between people and technology. As our new Office Manager, you’ll be the heart of the office! You will be supporting our local team in LA as well as employees across the US. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of community, curiosity, passion, positivity and teamwork.

Although Jam3 has adopted a hybrid work model, you will be expected to be on-site full-time as the Office Manager. You will be supporting team members across all departments both when they are physically at the office and virtually when they are working from home. You’ll be reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and work alongside our Office Managers in Toronto, Amsterdam, and Montevideo.

To be successful in this role, you should enjoy helping others and have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing competing responsibilities. The Real Opportunity

  • +Open the office at 9:00am and set it up for success for the day. You will be the first person employees see as they arrive to work and be the first impression for our guests.

  • +Take ownership of our office space. This includes keeping communal areas clean and ensuring we’re always stocked with snacks, office supplies, and new computers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the health & safety of staff while they are in the office.

  • +Play a key role in the full employee experience at Jam3! As part of the HR team, you’ll be responsible for setting up onboarding for new hires in the US, facilitating a smooth transition when someone leaves, and everything in between!

  • +Coordinate travel for our US employees and be a gracious host for employees and clients visitors.

  • +Be prepared to run ad hoc errands. This is a dynamic role so we don’t expect you to be answering phone calls and emails at the front desk all day. For example, you may also be giving an office tour to new hires, picking up lunches for executives, shipping out computers to be repaired, getting keys cut, or supporting a production shoot!

  • +Help us celebrate holidays, birthdays, and Jamiversaries. They’re a big deal around here!

  • +Be an active member of the Social Committee. Plan and execute a variety of initiatives including holiday parties, employee gifts, charity events, quarterly team outings, and industry social functions.

  • +Get to know the neighborhood! This will help you when planning events for the team and showing our visitors a good time.

  • +Work with the Finance team by collecting receipts and reconciling credit card charges on a monthly basis.

  • +Be a champion for the US team and be the bridge between our four offices. Is there something we can do to better support our team? Let’s make it happen.

  • +Be a reliable, go-to person to answer employee questions. Even if you don’t know the answer, you’ll know exactly where to find it or who to direct them to.
