As our new IT Support Specialist, you will be part of an international team, comprised of some of the most talented makers, producers, and creative minds in the industry. You’ll be responsible for IT Support company-wide supporting our team with day-to-day IT requirements as well with our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it Adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, Netflix, or Diageo.

The Real Opportunity!

  • +Be a point of contact for technical problems and troubleshooting problems that staff may have with computer hardware and/or software;

  • +Provide support while also investigating technical issues, recording and escalating the incident as required;

  • +Install, support, and provide routine maintenance to hardware and software, including user account management for the company's SaaS accounts;

  • +Maintain system capability by testing computer components;

  • +Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions;

  • +Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
