As our new HR & Talent Generalist, you’ll have the opportunity to gain true generalist experience in a fast-paced, growing company.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the HR & Talent functions at Jam3 with day-to-day administration and working with the HR & Talent Manager to roll out larger initiatives for our teams in Amsterdam.

The Real Opportunity!

  • +You will be responsible for keeping our HRIS (BambooHR/workday) up to date, this includes keeping track of onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.

  • +Play an active role in onboarding, working with managers and onboarding team to ensure the best first day (and beyond!) for our new hires.

  • +Partner with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager to identify areas of improvement within the HR and Talent functions and implement changes to make improvements.

  • +Creating quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for the HR Director, Department Heads, and Partners.

  • +Support company training, this includes scheduling, organizing internal training, and keeping track of training budgets.

  • +Be the key point of contact for benefits administration and employee questions around benefits.

  • +HR admin work including: drafting employment letters, travel letters, and filing as needed

  • +Own the Talent Acquisition function for the EMEA Region (Amsterdam Office), you will be responsible for recruiting talent to fill full-time roles; using your proven experience with recruitment.

  • +Support the HR Coordinator with the recruitment process for our internal internship program WE3 and our co-op partnerships with select post secondary schools in Europe

  • +Support the tracking of lieu time worked on projects on a weekly basis and work with resourcing to schedule days.

  • +Working with our HR Coordinator to manage the background check process for all new hires in Amsterdam.

  • +Back up for the Office Manager as needed

  • +Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
