We help modern brands launch their products and design new customer experiences in digital, and beyond. Our team brings folks together from around the world. We have Strategy, Creative, Experience Design and Production all under one roof (four roofs, actually). This amazing fusion of talents lets us make things we could never make alone.

As our new Client Partnerships Director, everyone gravitates towards the genuine human being you are; and we see it through your existing solid network of active business contacts.  You prove it too – you have an awesome track record of delivering new business in the design and experience space. You’re a true innovator and committed to symbiotic relationships with your clients and the teams that deliver. You’re a self-starting hunter and thrive in an independant results and data focussed workplace. You’re comfortable in a CMO’s boardroom, at conferences and heck ya even at parties!

You’ll be responsible for proactive new business, as the initial point of contact between Jam3 and clients we have yet to meet. Jam3 is very proud of the mutually beneficial relationships we’ve built with our current client partners - be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus,  Netflix, or Diageo - we’re looking for you to add to the goodness.

The Real Opportunity!

  • +Your main responsibility is to generate promising new leads, fueling Jam3’s growth and expansion with a focus on the West Coast of the U.S

  • +You will genuinely understand client drivers - uncovering their problems to solve and authentically speaking their language

  • +You will activate your existing network of active business contacts who:

    • are committed to innovation and long term symbiotic partnerships

    • align to Jam3’s values of community, curiosity, passion, positivity and teamwork

  • +You will uncover partnership opportunities and introduce our relevant capabilities, POVs and case studies - you will “sell right” and become a genuine partner for our clients, not a pushy salesperson

  • +You will work harmoniously with the Partnerships Team (composed of our Business Development, Marketing and Production teams) in a collaborative selling environment as prospective clients enter into engagements with Jam3

  • +Inspire and inform potential clients on the vast array of Jam3 engagements, including but not limited to: strategy led Innovation Sprints, Digital Narratives, Platform/Mobile, AR/VR, Digital/Physical (Immersive Experiences) and Interactive Campaigns

  • +Collaborate with Jam3’s marketing team to identify the most relevant media and messaging to aid your proactive new business pursuits

  • +Speak at conferences, panels, networking opportunities and other events as required

  • +Continually keep the JamFam informed on your progress through accurate and timely  reporting
