As our new Client Finance Analyst, you will be a key member of the accounting team, working closely with the Production, Partnerships and Operations teams to manage client billing and financials.
You’ll be responsible for coordination and support to our client service teams and the accounting group as it relates to client financial transactions, process and analysis. Some for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, or Netflix.

The Real Opportunity!
Work closely with Producers and Executive Producers to update weekly project revenue forecast and opportunity forecast
Assist Producers and Executive Producers in reviewing Bid Budget Cost Reports (BBCRs) and provide analytical reporting after projects are launched
Assist same with closing projects and BBCR reports upon job completion
Prepare client invoices and monitor accounts receivables; work with Executive Producers to collect old outstanding accounts receivable
Work with the Partnerships team to help set up vendor records with new clients and prospects
Prepare monthly revenue and gross profit by client reports
Track and maintain intercompany billing with related companies
Assist with special production audits for government funded projects.
Assist the Director of Finance and the Operations team with making improvements in our client accounting processes and procedures
