As our new Strategist, you will be tasked with enhancing the backbone of all our productions with your superior knowledge of trends, research and user behaviours while always making sure to uphold the Jam3 standard of design.

You are responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experiences for our clients worldwide (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Spotify, Ford, Coke, Fox, Disney). The Real Opportunity
At times, you’ll be asked to participate in new business pitches and lead strategy-based presentations beyond your dedicated client
You will plan and facilitate internal and client-facing workshops. You’ll use your findings to translate client goals and objectives into actionable and measurable programs and strategies.
At times, you’ll begin with minimal client information and your challenge will involve asking the right questions and using critical thinking to define client needs
Conduct audits of the client’s existing marketing efforts, developing strategies and tactics for optimization
Identify research opportunities and lead efforts where relevant
Support the development of relevant analytics reports ensuring insights and recommendations are strategically sound and on-brand
Monitor the performance of digital strategies and tactics
Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in brand, marketing, technology and consumer behaviours and cultural trends
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your workload and responsibilities is critical
You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of guidelines and best practices for Strategy at Jam3
