As our new Associate Strategy Director, you will lead the development of business, brand and audience insights; and use these to plan and define campaign, channel, and brand strategies, and deliver engaging and immersive experiences for one of our key clients operating in the sports and lifestyle sector.

The Real Opportunity
Working as a master craftsperson and strategy lead, you will plan, design and execute digital, integrated and creative campaigns as well as brand activations; define communications, experiential and social strategies; and develop comms plans, creative toolkits, and more.
You will lead consumer, brand, market and competitor research and generate key insights that excite internal team members and client stakeholders.
You will regularly demonstrate your awareness of, and enthusiasm for emerging culture and sports, fashion and lifestyle trends amongst GenZ and Millennial audiences.
You will lead the definition of consumer mindsets, experience principles, opportunity spaces and creative briefs to inform creative explorations.
You will help craft brand story and campaign narratives and define messaging frameworks that guide campaign asset creation and execution.
You will help architect campaign ecosystems, map high-level consumer journeys and build integrated activations working with media, PR and influencers.
You will design and facilitate workshops that inspire both internal and external teams.
You will conduct audits of clients’ existing digital marketing efforts, developing strategies, PoVs and tactics for optimization
You will support the development of analytics reports, including defining KPI frameworks, analysis and recommendations across all relevant channels for defined programs.
You will demonstrate your awareness of, and expertise in, channel best practices incorporating this thinking into relevant solutions.
As part of the strategy leadership team, you will help to further refine and improve internal research and strategy processes and deliverables.
In collaboration with other team leaders, you will help manage client relationships and identify opportunities to grow one of our largest and most exciting accounts.
In tandem with account growth, you will be responsible for helping to recruit, onboard, and develop more junior team members.
In collaboration with the Executive Producer and production ops team, you will also be responsible for ensuring that relevant projects are staffed with the appropriate research and strategy talent.
