Production Designer’s Mission

Hi! We’re Jam3 a design and experience agency and part of the Media.Monks family. We help modern brands launch their products and design new customer experiences in digital, and beyond.

Our team brings folks together from around the world. We have Strategy, Creative, Experience Design and Production all under one roof (four roofs, actually). This amazing fusion of talents lets us make things we could never make alone.

The Real Opportunity!

  • +Support our senior executives and the sales teams by laying out decks using pre-existing pitch designs and designing pitch assets, and improving on these design systems - it’s in our nature to be iterative.

  • +Collaborating with other teams that are responsible for producing material for our clients.

  • +Work on multiple assigned projects at once, time management and the ability to switch rapidly between projects is key as you will be accountable for your own time and deadlines

  • +Grow your design, presentation and leadership skills working towards leading your own internal projects

  • +Develop Assets Libraries based on existing visuals.

  • +Comfort working and receiving feedback in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

  • +Experience

  • +Intermediate Experience working with graphic design or at an agency or studio.

  • +Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills

  • +Presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations

  • +Detail oriented and excellent with composition and typography.

  • +Ability to operate independently without supervision.

  • +Knowledge of creating and designing an interactive experience across multiple digital platforms, such as: desktop, tablet, phones.

  • +Detail oriented and excellent with composition and typography.

  • +Understanding of interactive animation, such as: page transitions, UI animation, etc.

  • +Strong working experience working in programs like: Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects and Video Editing tools such as Premier.

  • +Be Prepared to Discuss Things Like

  • +Past work you’re excited about.

  • +Your portfolio.

  • +Current web and technology trends and fundamentals in design and web practices that excite you

  • +Knowledge of creating and designing an interactive experience across multiple digital platforms, such as: desktop, tablet, phones
