• +Work with the creative team to help them achieve their creative vision through technology within the resources and timeline assigned.

• +Hand select development team for projects considering the best skill set combination to achieve the highest quality outcome.

• +Oversee development ensures we are on track, all technical questions are answered and the dev team has no blockers to deliver the best work in an efficient way.

• +Together with other Technical Directors help author company objectives for the dev department, improve processes, assemble training materials and define career paths.

• +Mentor your team members, levelling up your leadership and management skills seeing developers succeed beyond company expectations through bi-weekly 1 on 1s.

• +Surface risk within projects through effective team communication by developing a safe and trusting teamwork environment involving every team member you work with.
